Sitting in India and designing for an international client was exceptional experience for us. The client wanted Indian touch while keeping the local culture intact for his home in Kenya.

For this, we chose a research-based approach in designing Villa for Mr. Navendu Sanghrajka. We first discussed with him to understand his home décor ideas and requirements. Having gained his perception, we put ourselves into the space that we are about to design and furnish. We explored the local interior culture of Nairobi to expand our thought process. Also, we made a couple of trips to Kenya to execute the whole project efficiently. We then designed the entire look, used soothing colors to maintain the local culture while giving an Indian touch.

Each room of the home comes with a unique idea. Take for example the living room that showcases lots of earthen colors with white false ceilings to give soothing appearance to the room.

Yes, this is Mr. Sanghrajka’s daughter’s bedroom. Turquoise is her favorite shade. So, we designed the room keeping in mind her favorite color. And his son is a big time fan of Soccer. Therefore, we come up with an idea to give football theme to his room. Designing this Kenya home is one of our best experiences!
